why this arrives now
FiberBrow implants aesthetic fibres in the eyebrow, one by one, at 0.3 mm. It is not pigment. It is real volume, with texture and relief, on your client's skin.
In Portugal there is one person trained to apply it and to teach it. Across Europe there are few. That is why clinics in Italy, Spain and Switzerland approached us before this site existed.
Whoever comes in now is not adding another service to a menu. They are going to be the first in their city to have one.
what your client takes home
What matters here is what your clinic will be able to promise truthfully.
The result lasts three to six months, with a touch-up every four to six. With regular maintenance it holds for as long as your client wants it, and that is the conversation that brings the same person back to your diary every month.
It is reversible. The material comes out when your client decides, without waiting for it to fade on its own.
It is not surgery. No follicles are harvested, no deep skin structures are touched, and the discomfort sits below that of permanent make-up. Topical anaesthetic is applied regardless.
The fibre is single-use, sterile, non-toxic and non-absorbable. It does not take up dye, so henna colours the natural hairs and leaves the fibre its original colour.
Compared with permanent make-up
Microblading and nanoblading draw. Pigment in the skin, a stroke that reads as a hair when seen head-on.
FiberBrow adds the hair. It has texture, it has relief, and it catches light the way a real hair catches it, because it occupies space above the skin instead of suggesting it. Aftercare is simpler, with no pigment healing over weeks.
It does not replace what you already do. It answers the client who sits in your chair and says she wants nothing permanent on her face.
two days, hour by hour
No mystery about what happens in the room.
Day one. Doors at 8:30 with breakfast. Francielly comes in at 9:30 and the day starts with theory: what the material is, where the technique comes from, and why it was brought to the European market. Lunch at 12:30. From 14:00, hands on synthetic skin until 18:00.
Day two. Same hours, with the difference that is the reason to come: you work on a live model, start to finish, with Francielly beside you.
Anyone taking the extended package stays a third day and works two more models.
We bring the models. You do not have to find them. In parts of this industry, "practice on a live model" means the student brings her own and hopes she turns up.
Small groups. Nobody learns to work at 0.3 mm in a crowded room. Places per course are limited and go in order of enrolment.
Training is delivered in Portuguese and Italian. For English or Spanish we work with an interpreter.
Where it happens. The training is in Portugal. From most European capitals that is a short flight, and the course runs over two consecutive days.
what you take with you
A complete kit, included in the price: two vials of fibre, enough for your first ten treatments, synthetic skin, syringe, handbook, notebook and pen.
A written manual to consult afterwards, when you are alone with your first client and the doubt arrives.
A support group for six months, with direct access to Francielly. It is not a mailing list. It is where you send photographs of work that did not go as expected and get an answer.
who can enrol
Aestheticians, nurses, tattoo artists and permanent make-up artists.
We do not ask for documents to attend the course. We ask for them to work under the FiberBrow name, and the reason is this.
Every country sets its own rules about who may do what to another person's skin, and in some of them those rules are set regionally rather than nationally. Whoever applies the technique answers to the law of their own territory. We answer for whoever uses our name, which is why we verify.
certification, and why it does not last forever
Every participant receives a certificate of attendance.
The certificate of competence is a different thing. To receive it you send three pieces of work on video and in photographs within two months of the course. We review the work. If it is up to standard, the certificate arrives within three months of the training.
Only with it can you use the FiberBrow logo, receive your own registration number, and appear on the official map of certified professionals.
And then it expires. It renews every two years, with three pieces of work from that period, for 120 €.
The first two years are already included in what you pay today.
Almost no academy does this. We issue certification that expires because the alternative is a seal somebody hangs on a wall in 2027 and is still showing in 2032 without having touched the technique since. That seal tells the person in the chair nothing.
Yours will not work that way.
What makes you lose it
Three things, and no others:
Work that puts a client's health at risk. Using the FiberBrow name for a technique that is not ours. Teaching without being an authorised trainer.
Working with other brands is not on the list. Neither is buying materials elsewhere, or disagreeing with us in public. Some academies will remove you for that. We do not own your career.
when the technique is not indicated
A page that only tells you what goes right is hiding something from you.
It is contraindicated in cases of known allergy to nickel or to aesthetic materials, pregnancy, breastfeeding, active autoimmune disease, and isotretinoin use. The contraindications are the same as for permanent make-up, which most of you know by heart.
There is a natural sensitivity margin of between three and five per cent, as with any aesthetic material. For clients with an allergic history we recommend a tolerance test beforehand.
Duration shortens on inflamed skin and when application depth is not correct. The second cause is down to whoever applies it, and that is why day two exists.
Where the technique genuinely goes wrong is with double application and unsterilised fibre. Both are execution failures, and both are learned away in two days.
who teaches
Francielly Costa has trained more than three thousand professionals over her career and has worked in aesthetics for ten years.
She trained at PhiBrows Academy in 2016 and at Master J Academy, in Italy, in 2020. Her FiberBrow training is certified by FiberBrow 360, in São Paulo, where she is an ambassador for the technique.
In Portugal she is the only professional trained to apply and to teach FiberBrow.

These are final amounts. Professional training is exempt from VAT in Portugal. Tax treatment in your own country is a question for your accountant, not for us.
Online training
290 €
There is an online version, with the method, the theory and the reference material, at 290 €.
If you then take the in-person course within a year, those 290 € come off in full. You end up paying the same 1,200 €, and you started learning a year earlier.
It does not grant certification to apply, and that is not an oversight: it is the decision. Nobody learns to work at 0.3 mm on a person's skin by watching videos. The seal, the number and the place on the map come from in-person practice, always. If somebody ever sells you certification in a manual technique by video, you now know what it is worth.
