1. Who is selling
These Terms govern the use of the fiberbrow.eu website and the sale of training in the FiberBrow technique.

By enrolling in a training course, you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms.
2. What is being sold
In-person training in the FiberBrow technique, for beauty professionals and clinics.
The training runs over two consecutive days, from 8:30 to 18:00. The first day is theory and practice on synthetic skin. The second is practice on a live model, with the trainer present. There is a package with a third day and extended practice.
The materials kit, the manual and six months of follow-up support are included.
We provide the models for the second day. You do not have to find them.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website, in euros, and include applicable taxes.
Payment is made at the time of enrolment, through Stripe. We do not store card details: they are handled directly by Stripe and never pass through our systems.
Your enrolment is only confirmed once payment has been received. Until then, your place is held for a limited time.
4. Places and course confirmation
Each course has a limited number of places. Places are allocated in order of payment.
We reserve the right to cancel a course that does not reach the minimum number of enrolments, refunding the full amount paid or moving the enrolment to the next date, at your choice.
We recommend booking travel or accommodation only once the course is confirmed.
5. Cancellation and changes
The rules on cancellation, refunds and changing dates are set out in the Cancellation policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
6. Right of withdrawal
For purchases made at a distance, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days, without giving any reason, under Portuguese Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, de 14 de fevereiro.
When the training starts before that period has ended, and you expressly ask for it to start, the right ends once the training has been fully provided. This declaration is collected at the time of enrolment, separately and expressly, and is recorded with the date and time.
7. Certification
Anyone who completes the training and submits three pieces of work receives the certificate of competence, their own registration number and a place in the public directory of certified professionals.
Certification is renewed every two years, on submission of three pieces of work from that period. The renewal conditions are described on the certification page.
The certificate attests that the training was completed and that the holder is competent to apply the technique. It is not a professional qualification for practising healthcare activities, nor does it replace the licences required in each country to carry out beauty treatments.
8. Your responsibility
You are responsible for complying with the law of the country where you work, including premises licensing, waste, insurance and the informed consent of your own clients.
FiberBrow is not liable for the application of the technique by third parties.
9. Intellectual property
The website content, the manual, the training materials and the visual identity belong to the Provider and may not be reproduced, distributed or used to train others without written permission.
Completing the training does not give the right to teach the technique.
10. Images
Photographs and videos may be taken during the training. Taking and using those images depends on written permission, given separately, and can be refused without any consequence for the training.
11. Alternative dispute resolution
In the event of a consumer dispute, consumers may turn to the alternative dispute resolution body competent for the Braga area:

12. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. The court of the district of Braga has jurisdiction to settle any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that confer jurisdiction on another court.
13. Changes
These Terms may be changed. The version that applies to each enrolment is the one published at the time the enrolment is made.
