If you cancel

Up to 14 days before the start: we refund the full amount paid.

Between 7 and 14 days before: we refund half, or you keep the full amount as credit for a later date. The choice is yours.

Less than 7 days before: there is no refund. By then the kit has been ordered, the model has been booked and the place can no longer be sold.

If you do not turn up on the day without letting us know, you lose the amount paid.

Changing dates

You can switch to another course date once, free of charge, with at least 7 days' notice. After that, only if the new course has a place.

If we cancel or postpone

We refund the full amount, or move your enrolment to the next date. The choice is yours, not ours.

If we postpone after you have already booked travel or accommodation, those costs are not covered. That is why we recommend booking travel only once the course is confirmed.

How to ask

An email to geral@fiberbrow.eu with your name and the date of the course.

We reply within two working days. The money is refunded through the same method used to pay, within fourteen days of our confirming the cancellation.

Your right of withdrawal is not affected

If you buy more than fourteen days in advance, you keep in full the fourteen-day right of withdrawal provided for by law.

If you buy a place on a course that starts before then, you sign the waiver that is already on the enrolment page, and that waiver only takes effect once the training has been fully provided.

In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Portuguese version prevails, as Portuguese law applies.
